Douglas Benford & Rob Olins – Kitchen Reflections Installation 7th-13th September

Sound artist Douglas Benford and sculptor Rob Olins collaborate again on another of their sound installations using Olins’ acoustic mirror dishes and, this time, a crowd-sourced collage of domestic field recordings of ‘kitchen soundscapes’ compiled and edited – and some recorded – by Benford, with contributions by many artists and friends, across mainly London but also from kitchens – and one boat galley – far and wide in other parts of the UK, America and Spain.
