PURCHASE AN IKLECTIKA TOTE BAG AND HELP US TO SUPPORT BAPAM, the medical charity helping those working in the performing arts. In light of the recent pandemic, we feel it’s crucial to raise awareness of mental health and to examine the impact this has had on artists, musicians and creatives over the past year.

The 100 limited tote bags will be available to purchase at the Fair, or can be pre-ordered as part of the ticket at an extra price. All profits will be donated to BAPAM, the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine).

BAPAM (the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine) provides specialist support for mental and physical health problems, working with healthcare experts who understand the unique challenges in this community. Many of the BAPAM team have a background in performance themselves. Over the past two years, the number of people seeking BAPAM’s help with mental health concerns has more than doubled. In partnership with organisations including Help Musicians, Equity, The Musicians’ Union, PPL, PRS Members’ Fund and Dance Professionals Fund, BAPAM provide essential services, including free clinical advice, counselling and psychotherapy, plus free healthy practice training and peer support to share knowledge to improve health and enjoy sustainable creative careers.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
The garden is entirely step-free.

For the events inside, we have two accessible entrances: the back door has step free access and has direct access from the parking. The front door is accessible and is equipped with a mobile ramp. The front door is close to an accessible toilet (step free access). The front door is wide enough to comfortably accommodate a standard and non-standard wheelchair and there is sufficient space to move around, with a good sight line and no steps to navigate. The back door is wide enough to comfortably accommodate a standard wheelchair (70cm).

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
The toilet is accessible from our garden. The door is wide enough to accommodate a standard and non-standard wheelchair with room for turning space, grab rails and transfer space.

CONTACT
We encourage people with access requirements to get in touch prior to the event sending an email to info@iklectikartlab.com to discuss how we can best support them.
