IKLECTIKA 2023 | Sat 8 & Sun 9 July

Our experimental music and book fair IKLECTIKA returns to our outdoor garden space this summer on Saturday 8 July and Sunday 9 July. Over the course of 2 days we welcome 30+ publishers, writers, musicians, record labels and artists to host stalls alongside a curated programme of live music, panel discussions, and DJs.

Design by Sarp Sozdinler.

Confirmed stall holders among others are Touch, CHINABOT, The Wire, nonclassical, Alien Jams, Hidden Sounds, Urbanomic, The Word Bookshop and ALM/Busy Circuits. Our live A/V and DJ acts include patten, FRKTL, Psyché Tropes, Measure Maniacs and more.

The first of our 2 panel discussions, moderated by Emma Warren, explores disappearing spaces within 21st century London. Sunday’s discussion, moderated by Jennifer Lucy Allan, looks at the invaluable role grassroots digital radio stations have played in the same time frame. Both discussions will feature practitioners, academics and journalists at the forefront of their field.

Stalls will be open from 12-7pm, with live music and sound selections playing throughout the day till late. Our bar will be open throughout the entire event plus vegan and vegetarian food will be available.

IKLECTIKA 2023 is kindly supported by Brixton Brewery, The Oram Awards and Surplus Sound. Sound system powered by Amoenus.
