Terry Ellis was a British artist and independent film-maker who died in November 2016. A keen supporter of the arts including film, improvised music, poetry and contemporary dance, some of his books and CDs have been given to IKLECTIK for others to browse and borrow. This resource library will open in the New Year – please keep your eye on the IKLECTIK website.

Terry attended St. Martin’s School of Art in the late 1960s, and became an early member of the London Film Makers’ Cooperative. His short films and his many works on paper and canvas have been shown in London, New York and Chicago.
Please see YouTube (under ‘Terry Ellis independent film maker’) and the New York Film Makers’ Cooperative website at film-makerscoop.com for examples of his work.
