“Unfinished’ is a series of events curated by Nell Catchpole and Jan Hendrickse. The focus of the project is to explore processes of production and the boundaries between artists and audience.
‘Artists have long questioned the boundaries between artist and audience: from Allan Kaprow’s happenings to Joseph Beuy’s social sculpture – in which social relationships become sculptural material and everyone is an artist. 2nd year MA students from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama have exploring the use of text scores as a means for making new work. The work being presented this evening is part of this exploration and forms part of a longer process.
