Final tribute to Musical Iconoclast and Industrial Music stalwart John Murphy. Featuring a one off performance piece by Una Shamma (Dresden) and Oblivion Guest, a rare performance from Berlin experimental duo Slow, Slow Loris and by Andrew Trail’s new Suicide inspired project Vagerr. Plus special guests.

Slow Slow Loris
Slow Slow Loris use voice and electronics to search for the intersections where melody meets noise, emotional meets avant-garde, feminine meets industrial, non-rhythm meets accuracy, and raw meets craft. Their 5 albums and various tracks were released by Cloister Recordings, Zaetraom, Staaltape, Syrphe, Klang and others. They have toured in western and eastern Europe, Russia, and the USA. “The animal slow loris is an endangered species. It is believed to be the gatekeepers for the heavens and is used in traditional medicine to ward off evil, but a slow loris is continually seeing ghosts, that is why it hides its face in its hands.”

Vagerr
Vagerr is the new project of Andrew Trail of Knifeladder/Black Light Ascension. Pedaling a mutant disco/electropunk heavily influenced by Suicide but also poverty and desperation in the mean streets of London.
Una Shamaa and Oblivion Guest
Oblivion Guest (a.k.a. Hunter Barr) is a producer, composer, musician and performer from the Retina II Studio stable. He is best known as a founder member of KnifeLadder and continues his studio work and tours with the groups Black Light Ascension, AntiValium, This Is Radio Silence and Naevus. He has also been a long standing producer for the artist Andrew King. Una Shamaa is a freelance dancer, originally from São Paulo, based in Dresden, Germany. Performing as a solo dancer and in collaboration with varied artists from Raks (“Belly Dance”) to Gothic Fusion and Contemporary Dance as well as performer for fire and light shows. She is also a member of the Association Freiraum e.V. which promotes cultural activities in rural areas of Saxony.
