Saturday the 11th of June marks the first showcase of the new record label TITRATE.
For the occasion, Hems will present spatial compositions created specifically for the AMOENUS ambisonic system. His composition will make full use of the spatial audio capability of the 17 speakers dome.
Merkaba Macabre will premiere Trilateral Descent – a new expanded film for 16mm, digital projection and live electronics.
Pagan Red will perform unreleased work upcoming on TITRATE, featuring new drone and electroacoustic material.
Sybil will be on the decks, conjuring drones throughout the entire night.

Rooted in aspects of experimentalism, London based sound artist’s productions and performances draw together spiralling avant garde influences from electronica and musique concrète.
Merkaba Macabre
Merkaba Macabre is a multimedia project by Steven McInerney, combining film, digital projection and music composition to create experimental films, expanded cinema and live audiovisual performances. McInerney’s work draws upon dichotomous energies, meditating between the sacred and profane. His cinematic work explores psychospiritual tropes and altered perception, often blurring the lines between science and fiction. His live performances utilise multi-channel projection and real-time feedback systems to exploit the audience’s awareness of time within the moving image; pushing the boundaries of perception and the medium itself. McInerney is the founder of Psyché Tropes, a film company and label investigating the synaesthetic intersections between sound and its visual counterpart. He is half of the expanded multimedia project IOME and performs/releases as Merkaba Macabre.

Irish electroacoustic composer whose work bridges experimental electronic and electroacoustic practices with spatial soundscape performance.
Sybil
As a DJ, Sybil’s speciality is her versatility and ardent love for vibrant and immersive electronic music in all its forms. She is equally adept at playing high-energy propulsive techno, as she is at exploring sumptuous downtempo, euphoric trance, expansive drone, and even full-throttle drum and bass.
Sybil’s sets criss-cross through all of these genres and more, as she guides dancers on journeys which are emotive, thrilling and ultimately revitalising.
Sybil’s DJing has taken her across the UK, with appearances at Village Underground, Fabric, Glastonbury, and Timedance, alongside revered events and venues on the global stage. These include: Berlin Atonal, Berghain’s Säule, WHOLE Festival, De School (Amsterdam), Nowadays (New York), Brutaż (Warsaw), ZVUK (Almaty) and Honey Soundsystem (San Francisco). Post-pandemic, Sybil has been busy playing at local parties across London, including SUB:SYSTEM and the inaugural Risen festival, as well as hosting off-grid trance raves deep in the British countryside.
